This website has general information for the convenience of Owners and Residents of the Plaza Hawaii Kai condominium. While efforts were made to post accurate information, there is no guarantee that it is accurate and complete for all purposes; has not been made inaccurate or incomplete by later events or information; or that it has not been changed or deleted without authorization.
The information on this website is not to be used for legal disclosures required in the purchase of an apartment at the Plaza Hawaii Kai condominium. Those disclosure documents are available through Plaza Hawaii Kai’s managing agent, Touchstone Properties, at www.touchstoneproperties-hawaii.com/resources.
Terms Used
On this webpage, an “Owner” is a person or business that owns an interest in an apartment at Plaza Hawaii Kai. It does not include a rental agent or designated point-of-contact of an Owner. A “Resident” is someone who lives at Plaza Hawaii Kai, as either the apartment’s Owner or registered tenant of the Owner. The “AOAO’” is the Association of Apartment Owners of the Plaza Hawaii Kai, a Hawaii non-profit corporation.
Who May Use The Website
Every person using the website must be at least 18 years old. The website does not have any information intended for viewing or use by children. The AOAO does not intend to collect personally identifying information from any user through this website, except when needed to either assure that the user is authorized to be in the secured area of the website, or to investigate any attempts to deface, damage or steal information from the website.
The secured area of the website has information that is only intended for current Owners. To access the secured area, an Owner must get a passcode that is issued by the AOAO. Follow the link on the secured area log-in page for information about requesting a passcode. The AOAO should be promptly notified when someone becomes or is no longer an Owner.
The passcode must not be shared with anyone else, and the AOAO may revoke a passcode without advance notice if it believes the person using it is not authorized to access the secured area.
Anyone who uses or attempts to use the website to violate a law, the condominium’s governing documents, or House Rules may have their access to the website immediately blocked.
Ownership Of Information On The Website
Unless clearly marked otherwise, all information on this website is owned by the AOAO, or is used by the AOAO with the owner’s permission. A copyright notice is on the front page of this website. No one should post information from this website elsewhere on the Internet, or distribute the information to the public by other methods, without written permission from the AOAO.
Submitting Information To The AOAO
The website contains forms that may be printed out and used to submit information or requests to the AOAO. Users cannot submit information to the AOAO directly from the website. Any information typed into forms shown on the website will not be saved, and is discarded when the user is no longer on that webpage.
Agreement And Resolving Disputes
The AOAO is only willing to provide the information on this website to users who agree to follow the requirements on this webpage and any other directions posted on the website. By using the website or a passcode, a user agrees to the AOAO’s terms for providing the information.
